Design and electronic routing of an IoT communication card based on Lora and (BLE) BlueTooth Low Energy networks. This dedicated card for the Connected Factory market is equipped with several CE / UL RF communication devices and filtered GPIO peripherals to meet customers’ robustness needs. This card has been routed with strong routing constraints for the CEM / LV and R & TTE aspects. All the layout was done on Altium Designer.
Circuit board routed in 6 layers class 7 with BGA pitch 0.3mm and tropicalization at EMS production output.
